  1. I am using the RF-100 already for a couple of years, one for the small and one for the large primers. I never had a problem with them. I mounted both units on a allumilium plate, so they are level.
  2. Yes, I only use it for small primers, Winchester and Fiocchi primers, no problems at all. I used it al ready for 4 years now.
  3. Look here, that's the way i store them. http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=53443
  4. I can show you some other things i made the last couple of years......
  5. Folks, I have only a small lath, not a CNC machine. Why do you want to have 100 pieces? You only can use 2 of them, one for the small and one for the large primers. I can make a drawing and put it on this site.
  6. The winters are not so bad, and luckely not so cold......
  7. Maybe it is one idea for Dillon to make this things?
  8. Yes, i have both, the 110 volt and 220 volt outlets in my house. I still have a lot of 110 volt power tools from the time i spend in the USA. (period 1981-1986) @ EZ Bagger, i made a small converter that fits on top of the allu tubes, then the Dillon RF100 tube fits in the converter, remove the pinn en the 100 primers slide in the allu tube. No primer problems at all.
  9. If you would...could you explain your primer loading process? Do you fill the standard RF100 tubes then drop into the plain filler tubes? Etc. Thanks! With the RF100 i always fill 10 tubes (see my picture earlier in this thread), then i start making 1000 rounds at the time.
  10. On my age, you have time enough. But you can do easily 1500 pieces a minute, if you have enough primers ready you can do more.
  11. Here is the video from the GSI bulletfeeder:', http://www.svtilburg.nl/bulletfeeder.wmv
  12. My guess is a very well built Proteus.... You are right, it is homemade. I am retired now, so i have more time to make things the way i like them.....
  13. The hopper on the left is an automatic case cleaner. You put 300/400 cases in the plastic container, run the unit for 3 hours, open the bottom plate , run the unit for 3 more minutes and you have the clean cases ready. It removes automatically the walnu/corn cob polishing media from the cases.
  14. Here is a picture of my bench, the video comes later.
  15. Sorry, I do not have a 1050, only one 650. But what do you think to add one GSI feeder to your system. With the RF100 and 10 pipes
  16. Why are you not going for the GSI bulletfeeder? It's american too. I have one now and the unit works 100%. The KISS looks like a sewer pipe system.
  17. I have two of them (one for large and one for small primers), and I like this units very much. The only problem i had was the timer was not working, i have to switch it off by hand. I solved this problem with a timer that switch the units off.
  18. Do it.....I know where i'am talking about. My wife tells me always, you are crazy when the color is blue. I have one 650, two 550's en three SD's. And i never regret i bought them. I don't like changing the presses from one to an other caliber, so i have a press for each caliber i shoot.
  19. I bought my 2 RT100 a couple of years ago (one for small en one for large primers), they are 220 volts and i have the same problem. They never shut off. I put the both behind a timer now.
  20. No, my normal glasses have large polycarbonate lenses
  21. Maby the reason is that the people in Europa are faster..............
  22. On the following site (in Germany) you can find a very nice bulletfeeder for the 650 and 1050. Looks nice. http://www.frankonia.de/shop//_/search/Dil...ent/search.html
  23. I just bought 2 of the little UniqueTek dials. The mounting was a piece of cake, it just took me 10 minutes to mount the both on my 550 and 650. They work smouth and easy.
  24. After a small modification 100% ends up in the tray. I made a short pipe on the spent primer opening, so all the spent primers are falling in the tray now.
