  1. in my honest opinion they (SV) just wanted to have an edge over STI that's why they came out with the IBF...i still believe that with less moving parts less headache. But does SV sell slides with standard breechface?
  2. Guys, I've been reading previous topics aobut the SV IBF and most have experienced the loose breechface that caused some malfunctions on your blasters. I tried searching but to no avail. my question is, has SV improved the durability of their IBF? 2nd, do they offer slides without the IBF?? thanks guys!! Regards, infinity
  3. aggie dad, did that come from the factory? so i assume its mawell is also SV? thanks
  4. how much is a dlask hammer now? it says in their website it's only 49.95.. thanks
  5. harald, nice hammer...is that a Dlask?

  7. BH, can u buy those scopemounts from dawson with that color already or u had it anodized ur self? thanks
  8. before i acquired BE's book my friend told me that i have to have a lot of experience before i dive into that book because it might confunse me more...to say the least i had some experience but i still got confused hehehe
  9. Check it out guys, it's no longer BS. It's improved already!!!! http://www.barsto.com/barsto_guns.cfm
  10. this is made in the philippines and a lot of our local shooters use that with high regards. construction is highly exceptional.
  11. Just to update u guys, i just came from my smith and boy was it a shocker what he did. it was so simple i just didn't have the guts to do it he just filed the front and rear of the mag and it cured the sticking. he told me "u know that mag isn't supposed to be for STI or SV that's why the tube is bigger than an S_I" so now i can test it on a match this weekend...thanks for all the replies guy!! oh and btw, it's 19rds 40cal reloadable on an IPSC box friendly mag thanks to skywalker!!!
  12. here's pic where u can see where the marker gets erased Nope...it's just that the magwell and pin tightens the grip.
  13. yup it still sticks even without the mag release...i tried removing the magwell and it didn't stick so it really has to do with the tube size.
  14. is it possible to also undo the vice gripping?
  15. I guess i'll just have to bring it to my 'smith. i'll update u guys as soon as i get it back. thanks for the replies!!
  16. checked the grip already and did some sanding and making sure the inside isn't the culprit...well, it's certain already that it is the tube itself. What do u think can be done?
  17. Dave, yup ur correct, i just checked on the caliper it's wider than my STI mags a bit but not much. U guys think i can give it a "DO IT YOURSELF" modification or should i just send it to my smith? thanks
  18. Guys here's some pics of the mag and my gun. The problem for me is not the seating of the mag nor the base pad but the releasing and inserting of the mag. it just won't drop!! My SPS Mag When the mag release is pressed the mag will only drop up to this length This is the Mag inserted..(So no problem with seating)
  19. DP, hope u don't mind, but i need to ask this question since i bought an SPS mag (box friendly) for my STI but the problem is it sticks halfway and won't drop when the magwell is attached but if i remove the magwell it goes in and drops easily...has anyone tried using the SPS mags on STIs?? thanks
  20. DP, where u able to cure the problem with the standard mag? i bought one of the SPS mags and when the magwell is removed the mag will insert and fall off easily but when the magwell is back it sticks halfway....any progress on this? btw, my guns is an STI with STI magwell...thanks
