  1. Mag springs could improve this feeding issue? I'm happy to get them if they'll help i would first load shorter. then maybe buy a couple +10 mag springs (they are about $5 each from CZC) try to chamber a round but hold the slide and see if the bullet heat is getting hung up or nose diving. also find out what the other guys running the same bullet profile and see what they are loading.
  2. yeah a lot of use use the +10 mags springs
  3. Any idea how Giraud's new, cheaper, WFT-like trimmer works? It's supposed to chamfer/deburr in the same pass. Or is that the one you're talking about, as opposed to the $glock deluxe edition? If there is a new verision Giraud has put out i havent seen it yet. The Giraud trimmer does chamfer inside and out in the same pass. If you got the cash go for it. it will save so much time.
  4. So im in Cali. If your looking for something sub $1000 just get the SP-01. that on the list right now. You'll have to SSE a shadow and depending on the place you end up spending about $100 just for the SSE which would probably put you over that $1000 mark. I would suggest just going with an SP01 and tune it up. you can make them pretty nice. if you willing to spend the money go for the Target or even the accu before the SSE goes away. Ive got a target and i love it. I dont do any idpa but i do shoot alot of USPSA production and the CZ Shadow and my Stock 2 have been the best for me in Production.
  5. Always resize before you trim brass. If your on a budge go with the Little Crow Gunworks but if you got the money and dont mind waiting for alittle bit go with the Giraud Trimmer. Both very good. They trim from the shoulder. If you resize correctly then you should have brass that is very consistant.

    Accushadow Cost

Another thing i like about this comment is, "you cant buy skills"!!!!! Are some of these production guns expensive? Hell Yeah. Neomet is right, there are people out there that do very very well with $500 glocks that they stone and polish trigger and throw a few bucks into it winning major matches.

    Accushadow Cost

I say try one first and then decide if its worth it. I have stock 2's and Shadows and i love them, but it could be a waste to spend $1500+ on a production pistol and not like it.
  9. so i tried out the Aluminum grips that came on my Target and i love them. They fit my had pretty well.

  17. damn i totally forgot about the DAA ones. i know i seen them around before.
  18. Well I recently picked up a Shadow Target and wanted to get some feed back on what grips people are using. After searching around i noticed that people are not happy about the thin grips these come with. -VZ seem to be a popular choice. -What about these? http://czcustom.com/cz_75-thin-grips-aggressive-checker.aspx I know at the end it really depends on the user. I just want to see what other options are out there and what people like to use. Thank for your time guys!
  19. So is that 5 Stock II's? Do you shoot different divisions or steel with them? Nothing wrong with having multiple ones just curiousThere are 5 stock 2 9mm. I'm actually thinning them out. Giving one to my father. One I'm trading. Keeping my small frame and two large frames. So at the end I'll have 3. My small frame is my primary. I'll have one back up and one safe queen. That's cool, I wasn't being facetious, just was curious as to 5. My 2 are good as primary and a backup. Some pretty pistols though:-) oh no, didnt take it that way. 5 is excessive but they were offered to me at a pretty fair price considering how hard they are to find so i bought them.
