  1. Looking at some videos posted from this match makes it a must shoot for next year. Any idea of the 2016 date?
  2. I could be wrong but it may be to due to the numbers involved. There are fewer female competitors in the Pro circuit. Only 8 competed IIRC and only 4 compete in the shoot off to determine the Champion with a purse provided by Samson Manufacturing.
  3. Posting this for Howard June 11th or 12th 2016 Shoot either Saturday or Sunday your choice. York Izaak Walton will be hosting the 2016 Mid-Atlantic Multi-Gun Championship again this year at our home range in Dallastown PA. The link to the application is available at http://tinyurl.com/2016MAMGCApp We are located between Baltimore and Harrisburg, and one of the great things about this match is the fact that you don't have to take off several days to get it done. This is a 7 stage multi-gun match that you can shoot in a single day. We keep squad size reasonable and you move right from stage to stage with very little down time. Our staff is almost entirely guys trained for the FNH Championships over the last few years, so they are very good. The entry fee is only $120, which includes a t-shirt and lunch, and we do very generous cash payouts based on 50% of the gross. We expect this match to fill up quickly so don't hesitate too long to get your application and payment in the mail. Although this is a cash payout match we do give some prizes to the shooters by random draw, and last year Magpul gave us mags which we in turn gave to every shooter in attendence . If you're interested in sponsoring the match, or obtaining slots for sponsored shooters please contact me.
  4. I would like to second what Jesse said regarding Mr. Charles Sole. His email has changed though so try this one instead solejr@gmail.com
  5. You can drive to the stages. 4-7 are bays next to each other but there is room. May have to walk a little.
  6. Open Division - does not specify but its open so unless I'm wrong I would assume yes. Tactical Scope Division - 5.3.3.5 Drum magazines are prohibited. Coupled magazines are permitted (no more than two may be coupled together) Tactical Limited Division - 5.4.3.4 Drum magazines are prohibited. Coupled magazines are permitted (no more than two may be coupled together) Meavy Metal Scope Division - 5.5.3.6 Magazines may not be coupled together. * Please read this note from the MD (Post #139) "Yep I missed changing that this year to allow coupled mags however since you pointed it out, I will leave it alone and not change it this late!"
  7. That is correct and the food was very good last year.
  8. Consider extra ammo incase you need a reshoot. Don't cut yourself short. Good Luck to all shooting.
  9. Looking forward to the Mid Atlantic Region next weekend. Who is staying in Danville?

  11. To clarify, I'm referring to flying into Baltimore with my 3 gun gear, not carry laws. Mainly if there are possession restrictions for mags of a certain capacity and/or AR15 restrictions. You should be good to go, only restriction that I can think of off the top of my head concerns traveling with your firearms. You are required to have the ammo seperate from your firearm in a case/container. No restrictions on mags for you, as stated above the only restrictions are for MD residents that can not buy in state.
  12. Has anyone been promoted to the Eastern Regional in August yet?
  13. Thanks for all of the opinions and information.
  14. Thanks for the info this clears up a lot of questions. Where will this air for TV is it going to a different sports network or will it stay where it is and will it also air on the web? Thanks, George
  15. Question for you all with drop in triggers which style do you have flat/straight or curved? Why did you chose that style and do you regret your choice and wish you had the other style?

  17. #1 option just add the Apex trigger kit, titanium guide rod and recoil spring. Won't be much difference between the STI and M&P. I just got an STI and the M&P is my back up now. Having a hard time getting use to the manual safety after using the striker fired M&P, plus as a lefty the mag release on the STI is screwing me up since I could switch it on the M&P. I have a feally that the first time I DQ because of the pistol in the bucket I will be switching back to the M&P.

  19. I don't think we used any slings last year but I'll probably pack them just in case.
  20. Buddy2 Yes I have mine mounted on TMMS I'll send you pics to your email or phone. Kevin Pratt is an awesome guy to deal with, if you want pics of the short holster hanger let me know I'll email pics that I have of mine. George
  21. Ok I'm confused will this be April 9-11th or 24-26th? I will be visiting family in Helotes TX april 4th - 12th and would like to try and shoot it if slots are still available.
  22. Any one book hotels for the Mid Atlantic and the Eastern Regionals? What hotel did you use? Still on the wait list but was told I should be promoted to the match so I don't want to wait till the last minute for a room. Thanks
  23. Sorry posted this in the 3Gun accessories thread, anyone know the size of the gas block on the Stag 3G upper with the 18" barrel? Is it the .625 or the .750? Thanks.
