I run a 15lb ISMI spring in my Gen3 19. I like the feel better than the stock spring and it will run fine even with sub 125pf loads.

For 124gr LRN try 4.3-4.4 @ 1.145 to make PF. For 124gr PD JHP try 4.5-4.6 @ 1.1. These work for me in a G34.

I ordered a case of 124gr in mid January. They arrived about 8 weeks later. If this is of any help?

I've been using 124gr PD FMJ's with 4.6gr of WST and an OAL of 1.14". I get around 1050 fps out a G19.

I use the ISMI 15 pounder also. It works great in my G19.
