  1. Here are a couple of the photos of the guns I use. If I'm shooting open I use the M-14. If I'm shooting heman on a range of 100yds or less and need irons the 51 comes in handy (4 inch groups at 100) By far the best Shotgun ever has to be USAS. Here is the pic of my select fire USAS. alan
  2. Here is another video of Eric M. with the shotgun. In the slowmo you can see how much it stands you up shooting this fast. He is doing 4 rounds then a reload, but the camera ran out of battery to catch the reload. Eric M. 1mb QuickTime Movie
  3. I've also got them if anyone needs them. http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=22&t=256323
  4. I have come up with my own loading drill to test my speed. I shoot 8 rounds, load 8 rounds and shoot 8 more. After minimal practice (2 runs) I was able achieve a time of 8.34 seconds. I made a video in case anyone is interested. Is this a reasonable time? 2mb QuickTime movie of Shotgun Reloading
  5. It was pretty darn fun! I love that 60 and you will see it along with the other 30 or so mg's we will be bringing again. alan
  6. I expect to see the entire Cavalry Arms team at the match this year! ITRC started Trooper Class since you have to carry all your crap. I know you guys definitely have enough gear to shoot it. Now spend some time with the bolt guns before you come and please brings some back up M-16's. I'll have 4 there, but more is always better. alan
  7. All, I've been coordinating with Dave regarding this years ITRC in Wyoming and he informed me yesterday that the Helicopter event is back and the match fee has been lowered to $350 per person. I know this has been a big issue for some of you. I will be sponsoring the machine guns for the heli event. I'm not sure if you guys will get a beta or a couple of 30 rd mags, but shooting FA M4's from the heli should add a bit of excitement. No semi will be allowed, so don't even ask. I'll probably bring the M-60 for some of the test flights on the course. alan
  8. I finally posted some video from the match. 5.8 QuickTime of a couple of Stages The colorado guys had a great time!
  9. Benny, I think the colorado boys can give you a run for the money See ya there! alan
  10. Colorado guys are coming. It looks like myself, Scott S., Jimmy H., Zak and all we be down for the best darn 3 Gun match in texas. I'm shooting Trooper class with my MP5-PDW if Shawn hasn't broken it. See you guys there. I'm hoping the Hawkins brothers are there. alan
  11. I can't believe I beat my AR score with a crappy Maadi AK-47! I must be retarded. Here are some pics from the match. AK vs AR on the Front Page
  12. No monkey bars and no fire pole for me either I weighted myself at 294 before the vest and at 342 with all the gear on. Can you say dislocated shoulder and broken ankle!
  13. I have a compiled set of pics which include myself and my partner doing some of the obstactle course. Home Page with Pictures
  14. I ended up with 3 Hits also. The best way to sum it up is the whole match is not "Fat Guy Friendly" I plan on lossing a few lbs when this is over. The helicopter targets are IPSC poppers between 70 and 100 yards estimated while slowly moving (two passes with the heli cavitating and the wind blowing it further from the targets).
  15. We just go through with the first day of the match and we shot the helicopter stage first. JP is the sponsor and they provide two rifles and ammo. There are 5 poppers on the hillside that you need to hit as many times as possible. I went up alone and got 3 hits out of 30rds. Here are some of the pics. On the pad ready for take off trying not to get hit by the blades Loading up and getting the rifle from the RO Ready for take off Loaded and ready to go Heading towards the targets Coming back. After we shot the helicoper stage we moved to the field course. Here is a picture before. Here is the picture of my partner Mike Kolar and myself after the 1.5 miles stage.
  16. I know why Louis didn't make it, but you have no excuse see ya next year, alan
  17. Garret and Guy, You guys were great to shoot with also. We came in second in the team with a 26 second time and it if you watch the video there wasn't much we could have improved on. On my website I have posted videos of: Stage 5 shot with my 60 and Shawn from Cavalry Arms Stage 5 shot with a M-16 Stage 5 shot with an M-60 Stage 6 shot with an M-60 Team Shoot video of Team MachineGunTours (Garret, Guy and Myself) 250round single burst out of the MG-42 into the hillside Videos
  18. I just posted all of the video now. New URL Click here then on the "Machine Gun Videos" on the left
  19. Michael, I want to thank you for having us on your first show. I know everytime it airs. I get additional email asking about the show. I'm always happy to do something to promote the positive aspects of shooting especially with familys and subguns:) Several of the board members have asked me if we are going to do the fun shoot again this year. It looks like we will be doing a larger event this summer. Thanks! Alan Samuel www.machineguntours.com
  20. Here is my MG3 at 1500rds/min
  21. I just got the chance to upload some of the video I shot at the match. If you want to see the deerhunter and sarajevo stage it is on my website under the mg video button. www.alansamuel.com these were runs that we not for score when Shawn from Cavalry Arms and myself shot a couple of stages using a G-36, M-16 and a Krink. We did a little battle of east vs. west. Even if you aren't interested in the Machine Guns you can at least get a look at the stages. alan
