recently watched the flight 666-=awesome commentary, and they are still rockin'

I have a stock G 35 I run for limited, only mods made are:
swapped factory adjustable sights for factory fixed sights
dawson extended base pads gives re-loadable 19 rds easy
Storm Lake Barrel-because I cast my own bullets
C class Limited, I am trying to get at least to the top of C class w/current setup w/out investing any money, kind of a rewards system, if I can shoot a couple B class classifiers maybe add decent sights or a magwell etc.

I say make sure you have some matching sox and you are GTG (good to go)

thanks for the link it was very helpful, now a dumb question? how does the lock work? up? down? 90 degrees from up? or just slightly over the detent area of the trigger guard? thanks

I remember when.... they were all .45's.....you had 9mm .45's, .38 super .45's, double stacker .45's chambered in .38 super...the list goes on, nowdays, they are referred to as 1911's and 2011's, and who has heard of 400 corbon anyways?

find a "south paw" to shoot it and verify the concern? if trigger control I believe it will drop low/right vs. low left with right handed shooter.

I recently acquired a used WSM 2 holster and have no idea how to use it, adjust it etc. does anyone have a link to instructions for use setup etc? I have used the search engine and came up to a pdf link on instructions, but the link has since been killed, thanks

I shoot homecast bullets w/alox lube through my stock G27 w/no leading-minor PF of course, but my g22 w/major power gets leaded up real fast less than 100 rds.

oh-normally if you ask real nice if the range has a rental gun same as yours they will lend you a magazine to shoot the match with-
-
that is awesome

any pictures besides the web site? it is kind of vague

mine has the same gap, only thing for sure is you cannot use the wilson etm mags w/extended base pads you will over insert and hit the ejector

trigger control-I recently experienced such a "phenomenon" w/a new glock, my newest one trigger was pretty heavy compared to my old ones and (right handed shooter) would pull the shots left.....only found out by letting a south paw shoot it and it pulled right for him.....I assume the lower rcvr you installed your new slide on has a well worn/broke in trigger? just something to think about, changed my connector to a 2.5 and now I'm in the A if I do my part

thanks for the response, and I will be looking you guys up if I end up in "Misery"........

I had the ETM mags w/ice magwell, and had a problem w/some of them seating upon reload, so I added the longer basepads from the 47d and then had overinsertion problems now I have got rid of the etm mags for 47d and am very happy. also added the long basepads but need to do some "polishing" to fit the box

pretty good chance I will be there here is a link to the local happenings:
http://oceansidepistol.com/calendar/month....10&month=01
looks like the week of 11-15 thursday nite is man vs man we set up mirror image COF w/4 paper targets, 4 steel targets/poppers and a set of "stop plates" there is no timer, I believe the scoring is as follows:
2 on each paper worth 5 pts ea. and ea steel is worth 5 pts, and if you are first to hit the stop plate you are awarded an extra 5 pts. the first go around is kinda loose pick who you want to shoot against, after that is tried to be matched up w/like shooting abilities based on score etc. it's not IDPA, or IPSC, but it's a lot of fun w/usually a large turnout-rd count is probably a little over 50? we try for four stages-more info on rules scoring can be found at the OPPC site-we also have our own Forum that is worth checking out-

I have been searching for several days on these forums and can' seem to find any rules for the USPSA paper targets, as far as: how much can be covered w/no shoot, how much has to be exposed, also does there need to be a visible divider between targets when shared on a stand? if I am in the wrong sub forum, please point me in the right direction, thanks
