That’s the combo that I use. Also I am starting to like TK blue .035s with Blazer brass which I have a lot of.
Are those the ones that ship with the gun when new?

Curious what people are using
I have Winchester nickle cases with revolver supply Co. 035 "moons.
-
Also looking good on the clean up work
-
If I'm not mistaken, you can remove a few of the parts in the photos, without any issues.
Also there is a kit to block the hole left behind

George used to shoot with me, I haven't seen him in about a year. I'll try and text him tomorrow.

Agree the racemaster is great. For sure the way to go
I do have a speedsbees in my box of spare holsters. Pm if interested

Apple and oranges maybe but I have the 929 and a 10mm Ruger.
The Ruger was much easier to get a good trigger.
Real interested in the 9mm Ruger Jason

Sounds super cool

I'm looking to have a slide tri topped, and some fresh sights installed on a 1911.
Any suggestions?

I usually ask if they are having Revo, but the past two years denied, if I knew I would have signed up.

I run a speed bees holster and like it fine, but I do think it is re labeled from maybe comp tac or blade tech I forget.

Be aware that WST is Inverse Temperature Sensitive, it will lose velocity as the temps heat up. I noticed it in 45 acp years ago and a buddy went to no score in an ICORE Regional due to it in his Revolver, I think it was 38 Special.
I am aware and have had no issues at majors, lowest chrono I've had was 129. Thanks

I had same problem years ago, I use wst now and am happy.

Horrible idea.
I know it comes with a single port comp, but I don't know anyone that uses it.

Used blue in most of my screws and have no problems when it's time to take it apart.

I am one of the lucky ones, according to the internet, I got a 929, and out of the box was not awful. Light stoning and springs kit got a useable trigger. I used moons from George, I can never remember the website, but he is local to me, something like revolver supply company, and I want to say .40, but maybe .35, and with those I use mixed brass successfully. Early on I broke a firing pin, but after replacement it's been solid. No regrets.
I have a lot of revolvers, but this is my only one that takes moons.

Ah yes, don't forget the bmt mooner, and if you run georges moons you need the little adapter washer thing to go with it
-
I run a929 and use a650 to load. I use federal primers and mixed brass. But my mind are from
Revolver supply.com, I can't remember the thickness but George makes some very high quality moons, not very often have I had a failure.

Agree with all the above. Heavier spring rebound, more dry fire, however after 3 years I'm only in my second firing pin, broke the stock one early on, currently have a cylinder slide one, and I keep a new Apex one in the range bad just in case. If I had to guess I'm probably around 5k round total in the gun since new, I don't run it year round.

Not sure about the cylinder, I'm very careful about what I put on mine, I've heard the finish comes off fairly easy

Broke a red dot viper two matches ago, and already have a new one returned to me earlier this week. They are awesome company.

Shot the match last weekend, despite the rain it was a well laid out match and flowed very well, hope to be back next year under dry conditions.

I run one with my 929, and love
it

Looks nice.
Not sure there is a home for 7 shot and ported barrels, but looks like a fun gun.
