Shot a match today. I had some big brain farts. I had an two 'mikes' on the first stage a classifer bill drill 4. I had two 'mikes' and an fte on the second stage. Third stage, I had a 'mike'. The only stage I shot clean was the last stage. I don't think I won, unless everyone else did just as crappy. Oh well, it's just a game.

I checked. The new 2lb connector is the same bent angle as the 3.5lb connector the glock came with.

I won my divsion in the steel match last Sunday. I think this shows I'm improving. Scott said my draws were 1.18 seconds consistently.

I'm having the same result. I think I like the 3.5 connector that came with the gun better. It might be slightly heavier, but not enough to make a difference. I think I'm going to go back to the 3.5 connector. Oh well, I tried.

It is bent away from the housing. I could try and bend it more?

So, I got a wild hair and decited to get a 2lb Z Connector for my Glock 35 from Glockwox. It currently has a 3.5 connector in it which gives it about a 4lb trigger pull. With the new connector and their springs it's supposed to give my Glock a 2lb trigger pull. I thought no big deal I have taken apart my glock many times to throughly clean it and have put it back together without a problem. However, when I put the new connector on and after putting everything back together the trigger would not work. I could pull the trigger and it would not activate the firing pin. I did not get the usual click sound when I pulled the trigger. Not only that I could not get the slide off the frame. I had to take off the plate on the slide and take everything apart. So, what did I do wrong? Craig

Last match I beat Jay. So, I was very happy. (I shot my single stack) Shot a steel match today. It was cold. Shooting production. I think I did O.K.

Shot a match today. I think I shot well for me. My plan was to be more aggressive. I didn't go so fast that I was shooting "mikes". It was fun to shoot well.

Shot a local match today. First, two stages went well. After, that it went down hill from there. Third, stage I had some M's on some long range shots. The targets were turned sideways. So, I think I was shooting low. Fourth stage, I forgot a target. With the time that elpsed I think I would of been better off not reloading and shooting the target and skipped it. Oh well, it was a fun day. (kinda hot though). Craig

Holy Shit!!!!!!! I beat Chad on the first stage!!!!!! Well, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in awhile.

Shot at a local match today. No big deal. It was fun, but HOT! Four stages. 100 some rounds.

O.k. I did better than I though at the Big Dawg Steel Match. I was 20th out of 70 in Limited division, and 50th out of 118 overall. Maybe, I'll shoot for top ten next year.

WOW! That was much more difficult than I was expecting. I'm talking about the Big Dawg Steel match I shot today. I guess I'm used to shooting steel matches with much bigger targets. They were very small. That sucked! I know I didn't do very well. At least with the guys I was shooting with were very fast. My scores were horrible compared to there's. It was very fun. It's something that I have never done before, and I plan on doing it again next year. I was happy that I took my Glock, because of the high capasity mags. There were some stages I shot 12-13 rounds. On the other hand my kimber is more accurate than my Glock. Maybe I'll shoot the Kimber next year? I did learn one very important thing that is that the steel plates are NOT calibrated for 125 power factor. You need atleast a 140 power factor to knock over the plates. Some of the plates (the tombstone) I shot three times before it fell down. The open guys with there major power factor were doing much better than minor. I also found out I seem to shoot better right to left than left to right. Well, I hope to do better next year.

I didn't do to bad at sunday's steel match. I took second place in production, and I did better than all of the limited guys except one, and did better than half of the open guys. Not to bad for a Glock. Now if I could only do that in a USPSA match.

Shot a steel match today. It was fun. A little hot, but there was a nice wind. Big Dawg steel match is Saturday. It should be fun.

Well, I got the results back from todays match and of couse Skip beat me. I did beat him on the first stage so I was happy with that and I was not to far from his scores.

Shot single stack with my Kimber at Osceola today. My heart wasn't really into it. Maybe I've been doing to much lately. I think I did alright. Although, I don't think I did as well as Skip.

Well, I got the results back from the steel match. I got second place in production. Some day, I'm going to beat Mike Carmoney. He didn't beat me by a whole lot. I think his average was 58's and mine were 62-63's. Not to far off. Limited is a whole other storey. I shot my Glock better than my Kimber. I think I got fifth place in Limited. I'm just not used to it yet. If I would of used my Glock in Limited I think I would of got second or third place. I think I'm going to take my Glock to big Dawgs.

Shot a steel match today. Was tons of fun. About 300 rounds. Shot my Kimber once and my Glock twice. I had some good times when I pushed myself. Sometimes I don't know how much to push myself. Some times it works and sometimes I screw up. I'm still trying to get used to my Kimber. It's the safety thats messing with me. I shot a Glock so long that I think I'm faster with my Glock than with my Kimber. We'll see when the scores are posted. Unless the Kimber safety thing gets better. I'm going to take my Glock to Big Dawgs match.I don't know?

Shot this one at Area 5. Time=8.82, Hf= 5.8957. Took 27th place out of 69.
