  4. And "WE" all know who Shot the Prop! Don't We ...........sixinch
  5. Steve J, Thanks for the Kind words! And as far a "pissing away" we now have 18 PPR's from coast to coast! Mike @ MGM has added a link from his web site to the manufacture of the PPR. to help spread the word. But now there is a new activator coming for the PPR. @ . Enjoy...........sixinch
  6. Has anyone out there bought these in 9mm?
  7. Now that there is a considerable number of Polish Plate Racks out there. I wanted to start a thread for everyone to post and share the different ways they have set up and shoot the PPR. Such as placement of hard cover, plates left off, activators, etc. etc. It will be fun to see what we come up with.............sixinch
  8. Bingo! The PPR is much more about psyching you out than it is about being too difficult. Unless of course you use one of the funky looking guns with a cylinder Careful there Buckwheat! It's harder to miss with a wheelgun....
  9. Tip my hat to you Sam! I had the pleasure of recording you shooting the classifier in Memphis and all I can say it was no less than "GM"! Congrats! Fyi... The MD @ Area 1 thinks we need a Revolver Squad..............Your thoughts? ...............sixinch

  11. This is my favorite video You can shoot it with a model 29 too..........sixinch
  12. You know Ricky I won the Rev. Div. Sat. too up in Logan Utah. Even My mentor 357454 didn't make it, He said it was a bit too cold ( it was only -5 deg)..............sixinch
  13. So Hop, I've been working on Tim Egan and I think it's working! His last classifer was with a wheel gun! still working...................sixinch
  14. The guy on the cover of the sept./ oct. front sight name is Glen Higdon. At Area 1 in Parma Idaho we set up a side match as a fund raiser for the Junior program. I think Glen spent $50.00+ on the PPR. The first day from the holster he shot it in 3.2 seconds! The next day he was back and was not leaving untill he broke 3.0. He did it from the holster with his open gun in 2.92 seconds The thing didn't flinch So I think the "Open guns" have a little advantage..........Sixinch
  15. Good one. Guess the gun would be the "Six Iron", while the PPR has 8 irons on it. Problem is the 6 is the only one light enough to send into the woods guess you got a point there!
  16. Have you ever seen those golfers who spend more time in the woods looking for the club that they threw after a bad shot? I don't want to tempt myself to become one of those! So would that be a "Six Iron" or an 8?
  17. Now just think how much practice you'll be missing out on!
  18. Ok Tom, Didn't mean to make you the "poster child" for the PPR., but you know thing sometimes things just work out that way. Sorry! It kinda reminds me of an old movie I saw, maybe you did too. It was called "The good, The bad and they ugly . Did you ever get that weathervane mounted? Really enjoyed Shooting with you Tom.............sixinch
  19. Hey 357, Is this a better sight than on my 25-2? and if so order 2 if you do
  20. Mission Complete! I heard that they talked trash about the Texas Star in the begining too.
  21. Misson Accomplished! Just wanted to say thanks to Sam and his great crew for a great match! I have been told that revolver shooter are a different "Breed" and I like it! I have been to several major matches and always felt a little uncomfortable. Not here! It didn't matter who I talked to I really felt like I've known them for years! As far as my mission goes now that the cats out of the bag , I can tell by the amounts of groans from pulled toenails (polish plate rack) when they called me up to the prize table my misson was complete! I also learned some new southern volcabulary (Rodney ) like "More bullets, More Bullets and get in there you *#*, and that thing Kicks, and lets Play! So for my first Revolver match , I'M HOOKED! and if there's any 25-2's out there collecting dust let me know. I GOTTA GET ME ONE! And if the primer god's smile down on me I will be there next year!................sixinch
  22. So Hop, If your lookin' at sellin' it cheap, Im kinda' starting to like this wheel gun stuff Bringing some green stuff with me as well as extra 230 gr. 45acp for anyone in need............sixinch
  23. Ok, I just got through having a telepathic conversation(Out of Body Experience )with the PPR. guy and he has got another Challange: For every order recieved for a Polish Plate Rack @ the MCC. he will donate $100.00 to St. Jude's. As far as bring one with he says he might as well buy the plane cause the extra baggage charge would be killer!..............Sixinch One more thing. The retail price of the PPR is $1150.00, Match Price is $950.00
