Our you could hook the cuffs on your suspenders. In Ohio a couple years ago they had cuffs that had to be dropped off at the end. One total. The vast majority left them

The Rockwell of steel uses the C scale, while Brass uses the B scale. I have no idea about Brass, but I figure <30, but don't know for sure.Any idea where brass would fall in that scale?
-
FYI,blade steel of a knife is +-60 rockwell hardness. 6Al 4v Titanium has a rockwell of approximately 40, unless it's been heat hardened.

When I tried SR in my 34, I got light strikes.
Back in '08, the only primers I could find was WSPM. I figure out of >40,000 rds. I've only had <50 light strikes, if that many. Now those >40,000 rds. were in several different pistols, but I never saw any breech face erosion.
YMMV

I can relate.Hope they make a plunger big enough to get me out of the drain pipe.

I'd call them before I modified it.

I went to www.ibejiheads.com, it sounds like they don't use the Bayou Bullet coating.
IMO, they need to work on their pricing. I checked the price on their 200 gr. SWC, the 1,000 pack is actually less expensive per bullet, than the 2,000 pack. Not much, but a little.

Shooting Bayou Bullets 200 gr. SWC bullets in my G21, @ a PF of 170, after 1,000 rds they are just as clean as when I use MG FMJ. IMHO, these are the best bullets available, especially when you consider the price of .10¢ each.

Plus, after two yrs. of membership, you can get a Glock Purchase Certificate, that will allow you to purchase a G17 or others for $425.00.

I'm glad to see your coming Kevin. My app is in the mailbox waiting on pick up. I have marked it STAFF. Finally, it looks like my job will allow me to get back to normal and not miss any more BITB's

Yeah, I noticed the short OAL.

So at that PF (148), is that enough gas to work the comp?HS-6 is awesome in comped guns. very dense and will produce a tremendous amount of gas.
When we have HS-6 we run 6.8 grains under a 124 jhp MG. very very accurate and just under 1200 fps. OAL is 1.120 +/- .004

I don't barrel check my practice rds., I barrel check everything else. Everything else.

Sure, give Donnie a call. http://bayoubullets.net/Contact_Us.htmlIs Bayou caught up / accepting orders from new customers again? I'm kind of curious to try some of their 9mm and .38spl bullets.

I had a G22 and G35 for Production. My points were higher with the G22. So I sold the G35, and bought components.

Pretty rough Sarge, I had my left knee replaced in '09, I don't remember it being this painful. I had originally signed up to work both days at our GSSF match later this month, then I went down to Sunday PM only, and today I told the MD, I couldn't work it at all. I was going to shoot 4 guns, now, I'm not sure if I'll even shoot it at all.AT How is the knee working out?
-
Hey, see Sarge's post. LOL!Took you long enough to see it!
-
I'll do registration again.STAFF: If you have helped before I would love to have you back and you'll get first chance at helping. I need 3 staff per stage.
-
LOL, you wish! With my new knee, your in deep dodo. Double LOL!I'll be there...gotta whip AT one more time....

Is this the same trigger feel as live fire? I've never done it this way. With Glocks, it's good practice to do this as you want to release the trigger just enough for it to reset. You don't need to release the trigger all the way before you can fire the next round.
-
I rack the slide and dry fire. IMO, don't keep your finger on the trigger. You don't do that with live fire, you let the trigger reset.
-
Way too close to IDPA.
-
It sounds like you have the same pistol I have. Love it. My OL is 1.155 and I load my MG 124 JHP with 7.9 grs. oh HS-6, for a PF of 167. I was going to bump the load a little, until Powder Valley got in 8 lb. jugs of AutoComp. I'm glad your using a chrono.

When I first started shooting Glocks, the trigger guard hurt my finger also. The pain will go away.
