  1. FYI, I purchased a Kimber .22 conversion for my two Sentry 1911's. On the .45 it would not go on completely, it was extremely tight on the frame. So I mounted it on my 9mm Sentry. It went on and was very smooth, but I couldn't get the frame pin thru. I called Kimber, and was told there was no guarantee of fit except on a Kimber. They would not let me return it. So I contacted Cabela's and they accepted my return.

  2. Hello people on 9.21.13, the Blue Grass Sportsmen League is hosting the Kentucky State Ruger Rimfire Challenge Match.

    http://www.bgslinc.com/modules.php?name=BGSL_News&file=fullnews&news_id=212 (Stages at the bottom)

Latest update. Stages will be staffed 9-4. Participants must be registered by 2:00pm. You do NOT have to use Ruger firearms, just .22's. This is a match where the shooter will shoot 3 rifle stages and 3 pistol stages at steel targets.

    Rules here: http://www.ruger.com/micros/rugerRimfire/rules.html

  3. The information on this thread is awesome, but it's mostly for 2011's.

I have a G34 that I'm setting up for Limited/L10. I'd like to grind off the finger ridges, and then stipple that area. Will I have a problem in that area?

  4. 2nd, five shots is a good start, but really not enough to determine velocity.

I was checking a load for my Open pistol this morning and I had a thought. Why find the average of 10 or 20 rds., when at a level II or higher, they only Chrono 3 rds. What I think would be better is, only use the lower reading as the Power Factor. What am I missing?
  5. I shoot Glocks because I score higher with them. Today I shot L10 with a G21, at 178 PF. Glocks are simple to shoot, maintain, and work on. IMO, there like a kid, you can't beat them.

BTW, I also have small hands, my G21 is the Short Frame version. My trigger finger lays right on my pad.
