The stages are on par with the big matches and match is well run with a nice prize table shaping up and distributed by Random Drawing. 6 Stages of Rifle Pistol and Shotgun with Long shots out to 400 Yards and includes lunch for 50.00 Great and consistent RO's and lots of fun. Here is a link to the stages from the last two years. 2. Congrats to Nick Kalishek and all the other winners. Nick is the reason my family shoots 3 gun. The first Time we came to Holmen WI for a monthly match he made it look so easy and took time to help us get started . The welcoming hospitality that was displayed by Nick Mike & Matt Drossel and Ronnie and Laurie Casper was fantastic. They are just the kind of quality people who make this sport what it is. Great bunch on Squad 17 as well. Great shooting with you all. We had a great match. Thanks to Ken, Larry and all the RO's Great Job We will be back. Dan & Jack
  3. This on line Scoring is Great. Thanks again to all the RO's and the guys out there with the WWII gear. My Son and I appreciate all the info you shared.
  4. i can only imagine how sweet that sounded.. Not to mention the Smell of Bore Solvent eking out from under the doors tonight to clean out the dust that managed to blow up before the Rain . Great Match so far and you RO' have done a amazing jobs moving this Crowd along. Thanks to all. Loved to see the Jeep with the M2 mounted. Reminded me of my old favorite " Rat Patrol "
  5. as am I; Feel free to have her cook up some pierogis for me. Mike, you're not alone! What is your favaorite pierogi? Been Driving for 28 hours and throughout the Tornados on Sat. Thank the Lord we got down in one piece\. Sorry I missed the Pierogi Potato Bacon are my favorite....
  6. Got a JM Pro 930 9+1 yesterday I already have 2 that I have been using for a year. Everything looks great except no rear sight. How are yours working for Slugs I tried 3 shots @ 50 Yards and I was almost off the paper on a 2' x 2' target. This JM pro is for my Son and he is going to have a hard time with slugs unless we come up with something soon. PLease share your ideas for a suitable sight set up for the 930. I shoot a SLP and its a tack driver with Slugs . Thanks Dan
  7. Actually I am only half Polish ( my favorite half ) . I read just missed that part. Now I really stepped in it and got Marcy mad at me too.
  8. I already edited my post before the reply. I don't know how I scrolled past it three times. Now I have been publicly Chastised Thanks, biga9999 for trying to save me. Back to loading and Packing

  10. Posted 04 April 2012 - 09:37 AM Email from Sheldon 2/17: "Look for a more a comprehensive shooter pack in the next few weeks." Do we have a new ETA on these? Shooter Packs , Squad List, Stage info ... What should we expect and when. I leave for TX On Sat. the 14th Long Drive plus some long range before the Match. Thanks
  11. I have 4 DPMS LR-308s all have 1:10 Twist. I have great results from the Sierra and Nosler OTM 168 Grain over 40.5 Gr. IMR 8208 for the lighter side and max is 42.2 and both are very accurate. I shoot some long range at Ft. McCoy and Always choose the 24 in barreled one for that. The 3 Gun set ups are the 18 in MK12 Fluted or a 20 " Bull. I will try the 110 and the 125 and see how they do. I will try 8208 and H322 Both part of Hodgdon's Extreme Powder line that are Made in Australia. They have greatly reduced Velocity fluxuation caused Temperature variables. Keep in mind even if all the testing you did was at sunny and 50 degrees the actual temperature of the round when fired varies a great deal based on how long the round sits in the Chamber and if the Chamber was Cold or at the end of a long string.
  12. Thanks for the info so far. Keep it coming I considered the vmax 110 and the Nosler 125s so far Thanks Dan
  13. I am looking for loads and recommendations for lighter bullet weights options for my LR 308 Any Load data and function experience would be great. Thanks I am shooting a DPMS MK12 with the 18 " fluted bbl. Is it worth the recoil savings and how far out are they accurate. Thanks Dan
  14. I vote for 10 or 11 stages 4, 4 and 2 or 3 Its hardly worth getting all geared up on Sun for just 1 stage. The FNH match organization is your example to shoot for, with the morning or afternoon schedule . Thanks Dan
  15. Thanks for the info on last years sight in options. Does any one have info one this years match and the sight in distance as well as the schedule Thanks Dan
  16. Will there be a sight in range available before and during the match ? If so what is the longest distance will be available. Is there a Schedule posted somewhere as to what time walk through and shooters meetings will be and what time we will start shooting each day and what time we will expect to finish up on Sun. to help which travel plans. Thanks Dan
  17. is there any special details for the registration for the Juniors ?
  18. What is the best way to attach a VTAC sling to the front and rear of an FNH SLP MKI Your advise and photos would be appreciated

  20. Will we be able to drive close to all stages with a car or mini van ? How bad is the Dust likely to be ?
