...worth twice that IMHO.

I thought we were running a daycare?
That's FIRST Sunday. Common mistake.

Brother, I wish I didn't have to miss this. I know it is going to be a good match. If I only had better scheduling skills.
I know what Bobby needs to get you for a present when you go down to A6!!!
What, a secretary? Didn't see them on the Freedom website. Do you have to phone in the order?

Boz
I have a pair that I got from Red Dot Shooting a couple years ago. They are really good and priced right. I also have a pair of Rudys that I have been wearing more often but the Tifosis are always in my bag.

haha, ok. we will probably drive over friday evening when we get into town (mainly to make sure we know how to get there the next day, haha)
You'll probably want to make sure you drive up at least in the AM so that we are there as we'll close the range probably when we leave.
OK, depends on when we can get out town to head down there. if nothing else we want to be able to find it in the AM, even if we cant check out the stages the night before. We'll try to get down there as early as possible.
Club closes at sundown, so try to make it as early as possible if you do want to look the day before.

YMMV takes a little extra thought.

I am 5'10, my bench is 35" high and the strong mount is perfect.
At your bench height, you probably don't need it.

(Thank you for not commenting on my setting the record for start signals on Field of Steel (3.. unless someone else got more))

Corey has trouble with one particular recurring stage at Area 6.....
What do they call it... Oh yeah, Chronograph. If he gets past that one I think he'll smoke anyone!

Followup on my Wolff SPP (silver)
Lot 10/09. Shot 100 and all fired with my single stack, < 2 lb trigger.
This weekend I'll shoot more with that gun, and then try it out with my limited gun. (My backup limited one
, as want2race is making me a new slide for mine...)
Limited gun: No joy. I had 5 not fire out of about 200. One I struck 3 times no fire, then carefully deprimed it:surprise:. It looks perfectly normal, anvil intact, pink/white stuff still in there, just no ignition. I had 4 during the match today. Guess I'm going to have to call Wolff: Lot of limited shooting planned this year, and can't have that happen.
-
Yep. I'll be there.

12 miles due north
Don't know if you can even call it snow. Nice to miss the big storm.

Stupid joke deleted.

Continental Inn on New Circle might cut you a break.
Chris C.
No doubt if you don't mind sleeping under the stars...

I have an AR I built just for fun. 14.5" barrel with perm attached flash hider. I put a 13 inch Troy battle rail on it. The cost was comparable to the JP because I needed a rail on top for a HG mounted sight and one other short segment for a light. When you add the JP to the cost of the top rail, it was close enough. The JP short segment that comes with it says it's not for use on top (I don't know why - whether it doesn't fit, or whether it makes the HG blow up or something....)
I like my Troy. Sounds like the price point it is at now is better than when I bought.
ETA: JP = Vtac

Oh, Great....

Thanks for the welcome.
Corey, I'm planning to shoot my new M&P 9 in the next couple matches in production. Lone Wold has the barrels on back order for the next 4-6 weeks I'm told. Had I know that before I ordered, I would have likely gone with a KKM.
Fun times ahead!
Make sure you have enough mags for next Sunday: I think Corey said the round count is ... What ... Close to 150?!

I personally like it (My Dad works at the distillery, too) but I know steel1212 is a bit of a bourbon snob. Woodford doesn't quite cut it for him...
-
Does everyone else who had problems with the silver ones have 9-09, too? Mine are 10-09 so I'll know after this weekend how they work. I was very careful to seat fully after reading this thread. Guess it's all up to the springs, now...

Stage 5 Don't know what the uh oh was for I was clean
Thought you went thru a barrel at the end.
softcover!!!
and no barrels where harmed in the making of that performance
I saw the grease rings on the target.
Muzzle blast hit the barrel, so from the camera I could hear it.
-
Really sorry to hear that, Chris. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

I just opened a new batch of Wolf Small Pistol Primers and loaded up 1000. They were silver. Haven't shot them yet.
They all seated well. I had just cleaned my primer system on my 650 but they seemed to seat easier than the last batch of copper colored ones. The coppor colored ones, I have had no problem with.
Jman: What is the lot # on the batch you have? I wonder if there is a bad batch, and want to see if the # on mine are near to yours.
Hope mine aren't bad, but I'm glad you're getting a refund.
