banger - Midlength seems to be the hardest length to find. I found carbine-lengh at Cactustactical though. warpspeed - Thanks for the info. We already have a backorder at both JP and Viking. Might as well put one in at Midway also. Give me an excuse to build another gun?

I was hoping you guys could help me. I am trying to assemble one last rifle for next season. All I need is a JP VTAC Handguard and neither JP nor Viking has any and are not sure when they would get them in stock. Does anyone know of maybe a gunsmith or AR assembler that might have them available? Thanks, Kalani

I've got a throw lever on my Meopta. Love it. Any one make one for the Nightforce 1-4? I was wondering if I could modify a Leupold or Burris throw lever to fit. Any one tried that?

What time does this match begin? Also, is this the same range that ACTS holds its matches, Pima Pistol Club?

I just used a peel washer for the first time the other day to install a SJC Titan. I stood the washer on end and used needle-nosed pliers to keep it steady. I used a razor knife to peel the layers. Wasn't too bad. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone. I picked up a FN SLP tonight but it did not have an owners manual. I checked the FN website and there was not an online manual available. I am going to email them and see if they will ship me one. In the meantime, does anyone have any maintenance tips or methods of lubrication and cleaning? Thank you.

Hi everyone. I am picking up a FN SLP this week and had a few questions. Has anyone modded a 1100 Speedfeed Pistol Grip Stock to fit the FN SLP? By any chance would you have some pics? Is there any special maintenance or maybe spare parts I should keep with me? I did a search and found info regarding the magazine disconnect spring. Anybody have one of these break or wear out? Thanks.

Yeah, I agree that sometimes my mind starts to race after I hear the timer. I think that's one of my biggest problems right now. When I just move smoothly and shoot the front sight, everything just falls in place and I end up with a decent score. Thanks again.

Thanks for the advice, guys. I will be alternating the weekend shooting between live fire practice and matches. Every Tuesday I will be shooting the weekly steel matches. Of course, I am dryfiring every night I don't shoot. Thanks again.

Hello Everybody. I will be competing in the Desert Classic Area 2 Championship in November. Up til now, I have been dryfiring using Steve Anderson's books 3 or 4 times a week. I also usually hit a steel match on Tuesdays and try and do some livefire on Saturdays. I was just wondering if anyone might have a training schedule or routine they use before a major? I thought I saw one once which was offered by Matt Burkett. Also, would it be advantageous to hit all the weekend matches leading up to the big match? This would take away from my one live fire range session per week. Thanks.

Hi Jerry, I have just started shooting production and carry five G17 mags. I really like the Ready Tactical mag pouches. The Magazines are really close together since the mag pouch does not used a conventional screw tensioner.

Oh cool. I just got my USPSA number 2 hours ago. Is it possible to shoot the classifiers in different divisions? Limited, Limited 10 and Production? Thanks again.

Another question, can a shooter enter more than one division at either the monthly matches or Desert Classic? Also, can I sign up to be a USPSA member at one of the monthly matches or should I just sign up on the USPSA website?
