  1. One of the reasons the Noveske's are so good, is because he starts with a Pac-Nor blank. The Pac-Nor barreled AR's that I have built would all average in the 3's. That's an average for 5 shots at 100 yards. Many groups are in the 1's and 2's. Tony
  2. Just another reason I no longer build guns for competition. Just look at this thread........... Tony Rumore Tromix Corp
  3. Try swapping bolts between the guns and see if the problem follows. There is a good chance that there is a sharp edge on the bolt, gouging into the top shell in the drum as it feeds one into the chamber. Usually it is on the "foot" opposite the extractor that pushes the rounds out of the magazine. If the left hand edge of that foot has a sharp edge on it, it will slow the bolt. Try rounding off and smoothing it up a bit. However, do not bring the face of it to a point. The face must remain flat to feed. Polishing the face will also help bolt speed. Tony
  4. Here. http://www.saigastock.com/index.php?main_p...ex&cPath=25
  5. If someone can e-mail me the info on the Edmond shoot, I will do my best to be there with some demo guns. E-mail to Rumore@Tromix.com Don't PM me on this board. I don't get over here very often. Tony Rumore Tromix Corp
  6. If you're going to do a loose round stage with the shotgun, then you need to do a loose round stage with the pistol and the rifle. Tony Rumore Tromix Corp
  7. All you have to do is take a quick look at one of those Winchester Universal shells and you will see the problem. The leading edge of the shell is substantially larger in diameter then the body of the shell. Not real conducive to smooth feeding. Tony
  8. I guess you forgot that I supplied the gas tube and trunion for you to work up the design to begin with. You know....credit where credit is due. By the way, if you make any more, you might consider making it wide enough that the user can actually install the cover when not in use. Tony
  9. No problem, Rich. Your mount will be removed from the Tromix website immediately. Tony Rumore Tromix Corp
  10. Taran will have his Saiga back from Tromix shortly. There will be some improvements made over the older Makkos gun. Tony Rumore Tromix Corp
  11. Recently a Florida PD Swat team fired a Tromix 8" barreled Saiga 4,850 rounds of double aught buck without a failure. I received the gun back, disassembled the entire gun and inspected it. All still looked great. Though 5,000 shots isn't a lot, you have to consider the more violent gas system operation on such a short barreled gun. I seriously doubt you could ever wear one of these guns out. Tony
  12. Interesting that Dean Makkos won the Open Shotgun event, using his new Tromix Saiga. Dumping that Benneli after it jammed at the Nationals in Tulsa last month appears to have been a good choice.
  13. I have them in stock now. Tony Rumore Tromix
  14. Chinese SAS-12 Valtro pump SPAS-15 Saiga USAS-12 AA-12 Omega SPS-12 I am sure there are others.
  15. My post about it was considered an "ad" and the post was deleted, and I got a warning for it. In respect for the board owner's wishes, I won't be posting any new speed shooting goodies on this site anymore. Tony
  16. You could also go with the XS Sight Systems HK rear sight. It replaces the HK hub with a ghost ring. You can also put an XS tritium dot up front if you want. Tony
  17. I don't shoot any matches myself (working 7 days a week), but I have run several AGP magazines through my personal 12" gun and have had no problems at all. Several hundred rounds of mixed ammo. Tony Rumore Tromix Corp
