Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Is anyone currently importing the H&S Speed Sec? Thanks. Paulie686.
  2. How much weight did this result in being "Lost" from the 617? Thanks. Paulie686.
  3. IMHO the Rubber Hogue's that cover the Backstrap are about as LARGE a Grip as you're likely to get for a J-Frame WITHOUT having a set "Custom Made." HTH. Paulie686.
  4. I believe the Fusion Rear Sight is a made-in-China unit--perhaps the Champion/Kensight?--if so, it will need a .300 to .330 inch high front sight. Hope this helps. Paulie686.
  5. Imagine that--TWO sides to every story--my MAMA warned me about that! Perhaps some of us acted/posted in haste? Seems likely. Paulie686.
  6. DougCarden's suggestion of Mark Hartshorne is a good one--and, according to an e-mail a local "Revo Nut" got yesterday from Mark, he IS taking on new revolver work, just not any new 1911 work--FWIW. Paulie
  7. Bubber, the "Movie" seems to work, at least on my "Confuser". BTW, it looks like your old "Shooting Buddy" was using the "Speedstix" Moonclip Speedloader--Do you know if they are still available? Thanks!...Paulie
  8. Has anyone tried the poymer "Mako" mount sold by Lone Wolf and others? Wondering about how it might work. Thanks. Paulie686
  9. Those "SJC" Guns ARE NICE! Out of MY price-range, however...Paulie686
  10. We "Feel Your Pain"...SO sorry for your loss... ....Paulie686
  11. Carmoney said: My main competition gun is also a 625-6 5", and the combination many of us prefer is the .300" SDM and a .360" Millett rear. It gives a pretty nice sight picture (although I wish Scott would make it in a . 9" width with the micro optic rod....but that's a whole 'nother issue). ...That .9" front sight blade will sure cover a LOT of "Target" at any REAL distance! MAYBE the esteemed counselor MEANT .09"? Paulie99
  12. Yes, Mikey, it is me--How are YOU? I figured either you or "Cody's Dad" would get some of those primers--did you and John go in on them together? Paulie686
  13. Last Night at this time Widener's in Johnson City, TN had SOME Federal primers. Don't know about Today. Hope this helps. Paulie686
  14. "PM" received. Thanks, Roger! Paulie686
  15. S&W Iowegan, Bubber: How would one go about getting in touch with Rick McDowell? Thanks! paulie686
