Trying to figure out the recoil spring tuning. Any information would be appreciated. My understanding is the lighter the bullet the lighter the spring? 9 mm 115 should be 10 lb spring 147 should be higher? Or am I misunderstanding this?

Staging has helped me. I stage as I present.

I usually "warm up" with some drills I want to use a timer for. I won't always use a timer, but before a match I will pressure test my dry fire drills.

In Tim Herron's class, he also gave us a card of dry erase and a marker. Take a shot, look down and mark a rough area on where you think you hit. Repeat for a few shots and inspect. Start at 10 yards and go back 5 as you get faster/more accurate.

Then Tom Cruise slow plays the technique in his mind, which is a great example of what aphantasia can block. It apparently comes in different "levels". Some people can see some shapes, and then different levels of vividness. It also impacts how much people dream. Kinda crazy.
