chunger
Hello, I hope I'm not out of line to be posting this, but I figured I'd pass on my findings. I was looking to buy some Cratix rubberized abrasive polishing tips for dremel and had an insane price gap between 2 suppliers. Thought I'd pass it on so other people can benefit from saving a few bucks. The #6 and #8 tips were selling at Brownells for ~13.00 each for all 4 grits. The #6 and #8 tips are selling at Wholesale Tool for $00.36 each for all 4 grits. Look under "abrasives" in the sub-category "rubberized" at: http://www.wttool.com Newbie here. . . . hope I'm not passing on old news. Julien Boit
Hi Chung, welcome on the board. Those things are really useful, I use them for polishing everything that need to be smooth (except for body parts ): Chamber and feed ramp, breechface, mag lips etc... I already thought brownells were expensive but not THAT way ! Thanks for the tip.
L9X25
I think that the Brownells price is for 25 points. That makes the price about 50 cents each, which is still double the price, but not quite as bad as originally thought. Leo

texasag93
Those little tips are great as long as you have a variable speed rotary tool. I had a sinlge speed tool and slung them across the room several times before going to Wall Mart and gettting a variable speed tool. TXAG

Ouch! That is when I discoved that my Dremel offered LOW speed settings.... -ld
