zzt Posted June 24, 2016 Share Posted June 24, 2016 The only experience with MBX mags I has is in 40sw. I have two 140-40 mags and one 170 mag. One of the 140s will only hold 20 rounds no matter what I do, and the last round is only loadable with an Uplula. On the other I can load 21 by hand. The 170 will really only hold 25 reloadable, even after two weeks of sitting full. Using the loader I can cram 26 in there, but it is tight. Interestingly, my 1st gen SVI 170 tube with Taran guts and 3G2 base is an inch shorter than the MBX and it holds 25. Go figure. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
