I thought of Saddam's guns when I saw the cartel guns; seems like the cartel's guns are the dime-store versions of Saddam's high-dollar factory jobs. Then they go into some town and shoot a bunch of people in the head before beheading some key players in the local police department all because one or two individuals are working with the federalis or another cartel ..
