speedy169
I thought I saw this on the SSS Website a few weeks ago and now it is gone. Can some one verify this. I was going to get one to try but it is not there now. Thanks Edited September 8, 2009 by speedy169

speedy169
There is a revision in the works, to improve the product. Any idea on a release date? What other cool stuff do you guys have planed for the future? Titanium Strikers maybe? What was wrong with the original design?

I would love to make a redesigned striker, I am not sure about Ti but I have a CAD all done up for a light weight steel one, but have had problems finding people willing to make them due to the machining requirements. I think I am going to redesign it again this time trying to make it able to be produced on a CNC not a specialized turning center. There was not really a problem with the old ones they were just not as good as they could be, and Kenny doesn't want to sell anything that isn't the best. Dan Burwell
Can the factory one be lightened and the gun will still reliably function? In a word no. The factory ones can be radiused to smooth out the take up, I suppose that takes a little weight off, but no where near as light as one made from Ti. Really there is just no where to remove weight that wouldn't cause some sort of problem.
