larry cazes
Has anybody got any feddback concerning this load from Atlanata Arms?
BayouSlide
FWIW, I tested out a box of the 60 V-Max and it grouped consistently and accurately in my 20" HBAR, with a POI similar to XM-193 and .223 loads from Privi and Black Hills. The AAA 55 gr. load, on the other hand, was disappointing...the most inaccurate and inconsistent I've tried. Curtis
larry cazes
Thanks, Curtis. Did the overall quality look good? I am considering buying a case to try out and know nothing of their products.
uscbigdawg
Larry - Rest assured that EVERYTHING from AA&A is top notch stuff. The Army guys (AMU) do pretty well with it. Rich
BayouSlide
Thanks, Curtis. Did the overall quality look good? I am considering buying a case to try out and know nothing of their products. Always good quality in my experience. I had used many many thousands of their 9mm 147 gr loads successfuly for years before I started reloading. Great products, good prices, good service has been my experience. If I were you, though, I might buy a box of the rounds you're considering first to check 'em out in your rifle. As I mentioned, I bought a box of the 60 gr VMax and the 55 gr FMJ. My rifle loved the VMax but definitely didn't care for the AAA 55 grain loads at all.
