A62335 Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 Are Blade-Tech holsters with the Teklok attachment legal to use in IDPA. I am thinking about going to the next IDPA match, but I don't want to have to buy new gear to shoot it. I have Blade-Tech gear for my USPSA Single Stack gun, and I would like to just use that stuff on a regular Instructor belt if it is legal. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I figured it was legal, but on Blade-Tech's website the holsters that have the regular belt loop say "IDPA Approved", while the holsters with the Tek-Lok do not. Joe4d Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 Blade tech is basically full of it. So is any other holster that says "IDPA aproved" IDPA no longer approves holsters. You just have to put it on and see if it meets the rules on your body. All any one can truthfully say is a holster "should" be legal for use in IDPA.
