call or email them, they can send you a tracking #. I am also waiting for some blue goodness.

No online tracking yet. It is on the list of things to do, but can't happen until some software upgrades

to our in-house controller software. For now, call or e-mail, and we are happy to provide tracking

and shipping info.

Dillon - the next time you need a computer doodad, order it from www.newegg.com. You'll get an excellent demonstration of how order tracking should work - direct integration into UPS tracking, and an automated email at each step of the ordering process. You could even give your software provider a spec "Make it work like newegg" and save the cost of a requirements analysis.
