Apparently I lost an STI magazine on stage 1 at Area 8.

I was the last shooter, on the last day.

It is for a .40 and has a Dawson basepad with the number "4" on the bottom.

Please put the word out to anyone that was on our squad or who was working

that stage.

In case someone has it, and might be at the VA-MD section match this

weekend, I'm working the match on Saturday and shooting on Sunday.

Thanks -

This is why I put a small label with my name and cell phone # on my mags. It seems a bit dorky but I figure if someone finds a mag I lost track of and turns it in to the match staff it will get back to me. But since most people have a cell phone I figure I will get a quick call hopefully when I am still around and I can go get my mag. Also while I know people (especially shooters) are honest, having a name on a mag gives it a personality and there is less of a chance for a person that finds it to say" I don't know who's this is so I guess I will just keep it."

I used one of those brother lable makers than prints on a real think piece of plastic. It sticks smoothly to my mag bodies and doesn't get scraped off by the mag holder or when inserted into the gun like a regular paper lable would. In fact, I stuck the same label on some of my stuff that I carry in my range bag since it might get left out also like my mag guage, FO sight replacement kit etc...
