duncan
I have the Millett, I dont shoot much 3 gun so I'm not going too spend a bunch of money on a scope. But it is a decent scope for the money you put out. The glass isnt going to be as clear as a meopta or swarovski but I only paid 200.00 for it. I agree the ill. needs help. davidwiz
I like my TA11. I tried the Leupold MK 4 CQ/T and found the reticle obscures too much of the target for precision shooting. I would try out a variety of scopes to see what works best for you.
38superman
Most of the local rifle matches are pistol stages or pistol stages with a few 50-100 yd steel targets mixed in. For the close in hoser stuff it's hard to beat an EOTech. It's just fast. For anything longer than 100 I'd probably want a Meopta K-dot. Idealy, I'd like to have both on detachable mounts so I could choose the one I want to use at the start of the match. A JP trigger is a must on my guns. -JQ-
FWIW I have a Leupold CQ/T that I'm selling for $600...used obviously...I'm going to stick with my aimpoint or irons. I like the CQ/T esp. the way the reticle works and it is much sharper than reticle in the eotech or aimpoint but I don't do much distance shooting. ymmv
