WSSC [2008] Match InfoSee the world’s best speed shooters, shooting for over $50,000 in cash prizes and title of the “FASTEST GUN IN THE WORLD”. The Steel Challenge World Speed Shooting Championships were founded in 1981 with just 70 shooters competing for $20,000 in cash and prizes that first year. In the 26 years since, the match has grown to become one of the crown jewels of the shooting circuit and the premier professional pistol competition with more than 220 of the world’s fastest shooters competing for over $390,000 in cash and prizes in 2007.
