After sizing, some cases are shorter then my case

Not a problem at all. Often brass is shorter than the "Trim To" length when new.

no, not really. The case volume will play more with the velocity than the length of the neck.

As far as crimp, the taper crimp & neck tension will of course be different but unless you are looking at benchrest, I think the accuracy will still be OK.

Try a couple dozen at 100 yds, see what you get. who knows, maybe the gun will like them better

If the case lengths varies... yes. High chance of suckage.

If they are ALL short and are the same length... no.

Consistency is the key (within reason).
