RePete Posted November 28, 2007 Share Posted November 28, 2007 I shot my last IPSC match Saturday. I'll be out of action for 6 - 8 weeks. Going for surgury on my right elbow, and I'm a righty. They are going to replace the elbow in 8 years, because I'm too young now (58), but for now they are going to clean out the joint to get me more mobility on it. RePete Posted November 30, 2007 Author Share Posted November 30, 2007 Well I hasd the op yesterday and it was supposed to be 1 1/2hrs long, it lasted 3 1/2hrs. Doc said it was the worst he had seen and it sounded like he had to spread the elbow joint to clean the rest of the crap out. I got home 1030hrs today feeling tender. I also have a regional block in until Sunday which I have to remove. Starting to get tired, but will have a salad and relax. Thanks for the support.
