I am repairing a 70's vintage primer tube filler. The primer bowl is similar to the Dillon RF100. What does Dillon use to create the vibrations that move the primers around? A motor with an eccentric weight? Or an electromagnetic coil connected to the 120V AC? The one I am working on uses an electromagnetic coil coil. The coli is shorted and the amplitude control is also defective. It would be easier for me to replace the electromagnetic coil with a small motor vibrator than to rewind the coil.
