Jaxshooter Posted June 10, 2007 Share Posted June 10, 2007 I am going to purchase a 1050 in 38 Super Comp. My question is regarding the dies that come on the press. Do they need to be changed out? I am currently using a Redding Comp Seating Die and a Lee U sizing die, will they work on the 1050? Are they a PIA to change? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have a 650 that is set up for 40 and it runs great, no glitches with the case feeder or press. I don't want to convert it back and forth to 38 SC and screw it up. I have been loading SC on a 550 to make sure gun is ok. Now that I am shooting it again I need a loader dedicated to SC. Thanks for the info.
