TwoShot
A local law enforcement officer offered to get me all the once fired 9mm cases I wanted. Their duty round is a Speer Gold Dot round. Are these Speer cases suitable to use for major 9? My intent is to have the "Glock Jockey" build an open gun for me in the future. Thanks for the advice! AustinMike
Absolutely not! I wouldn't risk it. Please box up and send said cases to me and I'll make sure they are properly disposed of. Seriously, I've never had any issues with them at major. I'll shoot Speer, Federal, Win., and R&P at major. Everything else goes in my minor bin for steel matches. Grab all you can for free, brass just keeps getting more and more expensive!
HSMITH
Yes, it is great brass. I love it!
WestDesRat
Speer Gold Dot is usually loaded in nickle plated cases, if that matters to you.
smokshwn
It should work just fine. If you don't want it I would love your contact Seriously, if he can get you all you want selling brass on the side could difuse some of your shooting costs. ampleworks
Snatch it all up and send me some too! The Speer nickel plated brass is about the smoothest stuff I've ran through my 550!
