tightloop
visited Prudhoe bay in Feb one yr....the OSHA film they showed us was of a cup of boiling water taken immediately outside and tossed up on the air...came down as ice crystals...now that is cold.. Not the time or place to lick the flag pole...
markwilliston
Picking brass in slightly melted snow is not cool Damn things sink, but the snow is like a rock. This is not supposed to happen in Vancouver!
SiG Lady
It DOES get pretty cold in Prudhoe Bay often enough, but it'd have to be lower than 25-below to do the frozen-in-transit thing TL described. I tried it up there at 25-below and it didn't work.
Shawn Knight
Hopefully we won't be hit by the super cold temp i think we will be hit by tomorrow. I am taking a bunch of newbie to the range and I would hate for their first range experience to be tainted by the -20 I have come to hate while practicing!
