They cannot be of the + capacity kind. I have some that are some kind of plastic on there know and am looking for either rubber or even something metal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. AzFlag Posted January 6, 2007 Author Share Posted January 6, 2007 (edited) I can carry whatever mag's I want to as long as they are quality. I currectly have the black steel Wilson ones. My firearm is a Springfield TRP Operator. Sorry for not posting that it was a 1911, major brain fart on my part. Might be some benefit if you ever have to go to court if the mag bases are the same brand etc. as the mags they are on.... +1 on the wilson extended base pad. positive seating everytime.
