Great Customer Service At Dawson's

I started my drive from San Antonio to Florence Texas on a lonely Friday afternoon. After more than 2 hours and stuck in traffic, I looked at my watch and knew that I was not going to make it in time to pick up my new STI Edge limited gun.

I called the shop and told of my distain for the traffic in the Austin area and I would not be able to get there by closing time. Judy agreed to wait for me so I could get my new gun.

One hour and fifteen minutes later I show up at Dawsons. Knock on the door, just hoping to hear someone. Judy was waiting, with my new gun all ready to go. I filled out the form and took my new baby home.

It would have been really easy for the sales people at Dawson's to close the shop and call it an evening. I admire that Judy kept her word and made a customer happy. 3 plus hours of stop and go traffic would have been a long drive for nothing. I was glad there is still good old fashion cutomer service in the world. Thank you Dawsons.

Finding good customer service is a daunting task these days.

Another very happy customer. I use only Dawnson Adj rear sights with their fronts in all my guns- and always go out of my way to recommend their products. I also use their Glock mag extensions and a few other products. I recently had a problem with a rear sight and they took care of the situation professionally and promptly. Thanks for the great support Dawson!

Same here. I ordered a front sight for my G34, but was not paying attention and mounted the wrong height. Bad thing is I did not notice until it was mounted. They exchanged it for me without and problem. Thanks guys!
