steel1212
I know some of you glock guys are useing them and I was wondering how you liked them? How are they installed? Got pics? Are you useing aluminum or the stainless? I was thinking about setting up my 5" XD for limited 10 use only and the 4" for production.
open17
I curently use the following magwells: Limited G35, Dawson heavy ICE. Nice magwell. Opening could be a bit bigger. I see that Dawson now lists a "extra heavy" that weighs a bit more. Haven't tried it. Open G17, THE brass. Works fine for me. Maybe not as pretty as the Dawson, but does the job. Open G17, NHO Stainless. Best of the ones I've tried. It's what's on my main match gun. Bigger opening, nice finish. All of the above work fine with Taylor Freelance and Arredondo basepads. I have seen but not tried the magwell from SJ Custom. BIG--opening looks as large as a STI ICE. All of the above for Glocks. No idea how many make a magwell for the XD. Flatland Shooter
Please excuse my ignorance. I've never heard of NHO. Who makes the NHO magwell and where can it be purchased? Bill
