Singlestack
One of my Singlestacks has a Clark 4 finger sear spring. The trigger was set up by Rusty Kidd (he no longer uses the Clark spring). This pistol has the sweetest break I have ever felt. I am trying to set up another pistol at this time and I decided to try and duplicate the setup in the RK trigger. The Clark 4 finger sear spring is one frustrating device. ooopsss.... I should have posted this in the "Springs" forum. benos
SS, Man, for a fella with 400+ posts - I'm sure Detlef was somewhat disappointed. Go with the SVI Tri-Glide, and dump the clark 4 leaf unit. In theory, the Clark spring seems cool, but I've never know anyone who knows to use one. be
Lee Watne
They break when you need them most.
sfinney
I've used them before, I used to be from Shreveport, so Clark was the "go to" guy for gunsmithing.... the 4 finger sear spring was designed for fine tuning Bullseye triggers, and IMHO is not durable enough for IPSC - I quit using them years ago. I agree the Ti SV sear spring is simply the best for a light trigger.
