revchuck
...has anyone tried out the Fobus holster for K/L frames? I bought one when they came out, and then found that it sticks out too far for a carry holster, and can't be used in IDPA either. Now that I've decided to shoot revolver in USPSA, it's the closest thing to a gamey holster that I have. Well, at least it's plastic. The angle is about right for me, so that's a positive thing. Since it's a paddle, it doesn't have belt loops to take up room from speedloader carriers, so that's another good thing. Another big plus is that I have it, and don't have to worry whether the holster I ordered and was promised would be here in two weeks will actually make it to me within two months. I'm not under any illusions as to its longevity, and see it as a short-term fix. Whatcha think?

hopalong
Use until you wear it out.....Then get you either another if you liked it. Or another type to try...by then you will have seen and tried several others and have an informed opinion. HOP

Hi Rev' I use a blade tech n frame 610 and 625 I have an old safariland rig but can't get the draw times down like with the blade tech That fobus should work just fine It all comes down to your confidence in what you use speed is developed thru practice of your musle memory not always the gear. hope this helps Gary
LPatterson
And since it is plastic you can heat it & make your gun fit looser.
Carmoney
Sam used one for his Model 10 back when we shot a little IDPA. Heck, it worked just fine.
spook
Just draw your gun from that holster about 3000 times and you will be fine with it
