Squirrel45
I was shooting a SC this weekend and saw something very odd, however I don't know the correct call. Competitor was running a 22/45, placing the gun flat on the table next to them while inserting the mag. Hand over the entire action and not the grip. Muzzle was down range and didn't sweep from what I saw. I have never seen this done before, is this okay?

Flatland Shooter
Quite sure its legal but checked the rule book. I found nothing to indicate it would not be allowed as long as its under RO supervision and all safety rules are followed.
bigdawgbeav
Was the finger in the guard? If not, then it's fine. Just have to keep close eye out.
