Mark 7 1050 tablet

I just traded for one of these seems great but the tablet shuts itself off sometimes

today 2 times.

does it need replacing or am i doing something

Call Mk7 tech support, they are very helpful. Also make sure your tablet has the new software. 2.17 I believe is the new version.

If it still shuts off/fails, then definitely CALL tech support!

Make sure you understand which tablet you have. The 1st generation Mark 7s use a different tablet than the current 1050 Mark 7 as I understand it. You will need to use the correct procedure and firmware to update correctly. I would contact Mark 7. They were most helpful instructing me on how to update tablet and console firmware/software upgrades.
