RangerTrace
I've been using the RF-100 for years now and while it has occasionally flipped a primer as it entered the tube, it has always moved them to the chute. Now it feeds about 85-90 of them with no issues, but the remaining 10-15 just sit on the left side of the plate. I've wiped it down with a clean paper towel, blown it with compressed air and It is still sitting in the same spot on my bench on a mousepad. Bench has not moved. All with CCI SSP which have always worked the best in mine. Thoughts?
dillon
Wipe out the bowl with a paper towel moistened with alcohol. Do not use any abrasive material to clean the bowl.
Blacktail 8541
If the alcohol cleaning does not solve the problem, take it one step further and use a pencil eraser to clean as a second step. Remember to blow off the eraser particles. This has worked for me in the past.
RangerTrace
I removed it from the cleaning mat/mouse pad that it's been on for years and upped the power by a very small margin. Seems to be working a lot better. More importantly, I'm not seeing any flipped primers.
