Dominate Defense Inner Belt

I heard that Dominate Defense had changed the design of their inner belt. Can anyone provide a picture/details of the new design?

I wanted to purchase one based on their original design, but am uncertain until I know more about their updated design.

I did send an inquiring email to Dominate Defense, but as of yet have not heard back.

Thanks

Here you go.  Sorry for my poor cell phone photography skills.  Basically its a ~1.5" piece of the inner belt with hooks that's attached to the rest of the inner belt with a short piece of elastic band.

In my experience their belts run big so order 1" smaller.

Did you have the previous design as well?  If so, how would you compare the new one?

I ask because I have the earlier version, and the loops that accepted the hook wore out and it became very difficult to use as they started wearing.  It's a sturdy belt though otherwise.

It looks like other inner belts, just with a piece of elastic. Do I have that right?

I liked the idea of hooks, that is what led me to it.

Yup.  Its just an inner belt except that the part that overlaps and attaches to hold it in place is the small 1.5" piece that's attached to elastic. It does work well and not get bunched up when tightening the outer belt.. While I don't have personal experience with the old design, it does look like the metal buckle in that design would get bunched up.

If you already have an inner belt you can buy just the ratcheting outer belt.  They are great.

Give jason a call if you have questions. I spoke with him for quite a while. Great guy.
