Babayaga
Had a Romeo1 that had thousands of rounds through it that wouldn’t hold zero any more. Sig’s customer service had me send it in for eval. They sent me a brand new one. Total turn around time was less than 3 weeks. Most of that was shipping time because I live in Alaska.
hiflyer51
Quote I had pretty much the same experience with Sig. I had a Romeo Zero that would not adjust elevation out of the box. I caledl customer service, they sent me an RMA to send it in for eval. They returned a brand new one in about 3 weeks.
AZ1911
My experiences in using Sig's customer service has been stellar each time. But I'm still not a fan of their optics.
eboadway
I have several thousand rounds through two Romeo 3XL’s, both are functioning great. I just broke the captive guiderod on my P210A, had the replacement from Sig in 3 days!
