CZ Shadow Not Firing Double Action

I have a cz accushadow and starting with hammer down sometimes it will not fire in double action, seems like the hammer is either bouncing, not going down all the way or catching on the half cock notch.

 

What would cause this?

 

I changed hammer springs, same thing, I put in new firing pin springs as well.

 

Does it intermittently but worse lately.

Maybe the over-travel screw is turned in too far on the trigger?   Something easy to check.

That isn't it, hammer comes back and falls and fires in single action

I have had one too dirty to function, quick clean fixed it.

I would 1st adjust your over travel screw all the way back to ensure that’s not the case.

 

If not see my diagram below, you need to remove some material from your disco.

I had a similar issue with my sp01 after cleaning.  Double action didn't work.  Turns out my trigger bar spring ( the one that looks like a wish bone ) was knocked out during cleaning.  After putting is back correctly DA worked.
