Which inserts Glock Mags Double Alpha Pouches

Does anyone know the sweet spot for the Glock mags for smooth and easy removal of the magazines in terms of what size inserts to use on the Double Alpha Alpha X pouches, I’m using medium/medium but it still seems a little tight for my liking. Anyone using anything different?

I think I saw on one of their YouTube videos that they have Glock Specific inserts. I believe they are medium inserts that are shaved down just a tad by them. They said you can do it yourself or ask them for the shaved down inserts.

 They’re labeled M. Not sure if true medium or something different.  My Glock mags are fine with them. They were sent to me by the manufacturer

Just for the community, I reached out to DAA and they told me the correct configuration for the Alpha-X pouches for Glock magazines is the small wraparound insert and the medium back plate. Hope this helps.
