Are there active clubs there (Lima and Pecalpa) and what sort of gun laws can I expect? What if I lived there? What about reloading? What do the shooters mostly shoot down there? I know there's lots of IPSC in all divisions in Argentina and Brazil, but what about Peru? You know, all the normal stuff IPSC shooters wonder about when they are looking at a place to visit / live / work. Anyone have a contact there? And before anyone beats me over the head, I already searched the IPSC.org site and found an email address, and sent inquiries there. Thanks in advance and DV to the C.
