Eagle4
Hi guys, i have bought a second M2 with loading port already opened. But after several month the factory's follower beginning to stuck after shooting the last shell. I have tried to change the follower for one with a bigger diameter (Browning A5 's follower) but same problem again. Have you an idea to help me to fix it ? Thanks by advance for your help ! louu
Can you post pictures of it?
GunCat
The follower is starting to jam in the aluminum area where the magazine tube meets the receiver. Likely a bit too much metal was removed from the receiver when the port was opened, and with use more metal has worn away. If not corrected eventually the follower and spring will push into the receiver. Roth Performance sell a connector and captured follower that solves this problem. Other fixes include installing a set screw through the receiver and magtube to stop the follower before is exits into the receiver.

louu
You can put some weld on there and file it back to normal.
Eagle4
Yes Louu weld is an option. i have found a russian factory who made Benelli parts. They also have captured connector modification. Normally they ship to France !

ABarrow
does the factory benelli mag tube thread directly onto the adapter or is an aftermarket tube needed?
