ultimase Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 You'll want to call springer to make sure, but when I was going through all the magwell options for cz's not too long ago I believe the answer was for springer that you did not need modified grips, this also caused the magwell to make the grip a tad longer than some of the other options. Red_Dot Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 I also did the magwell research trek and also was under the understanding that it did not need shortened grips for MOST styles. I believe some of the fatter grips might need to be shaved down just a hair but surely not to the extent of typical magwells. FWIW, I ended up going with the Cesar Shop magwell and cut down a pair of Henning grips that I got for a good price used. Really happy with it, too bad I can’t use it in CO like this.
