Sorry Steve but your gun is not a lightning. A lightning has allot more things we do to it. Dan did fit a ribbed barrel to your gun though, like the one the lightning uses, and the sighttracker uses.

In my opionion,what it is, means less than what i was doing, which was giving him credit for a job well done. Call it whatever you want to.

thanks steve. i appreciate your thumbs up on the gun and hope you like the single stack just as much. the look of our lightning model differs from the one i built for you and i think chuck doesn't want people to think that we changed the look of our lightning model package so please don't take offense.

Steve, Dan is right. I didnt want to confuse potential customers about what a lightning is. Its about more than the ribbed barrel just like the spitfire is about more than the lightening cuts we put in the slide. Didint mean to offend you.
